    Citizen can lodge their Grievance 24x7 to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery. The status of the grievance filed can be tracked with the unique registration ID provided at the time of registration of the complainant to user.

    Citizens can seamlessly and conveniently execute various tasks, including the hassle-free completion of payments for taxes and bills. This streamlined process ensures ease of use and efficiency, empowering individuals to manage their financial responsibilities with convenience and minimal effort.
